i need to look for a new job, I have gotten this position from this company but they are an offshore company in USA that offers outsourcing programming services to other companies and they hire employees from VZ, so they have given this position but they use this time -activity tracking software to measure the worked time and they say they offer payment as per worked hours as I see it they might take advantage of this to pay less than the offered by the client, I mean this is a practice I have known from other company i left in the first day before even considering working more time.

I got 53.1.5.6 when I asked how would it be my experience if I stayed to work with them

53.6 doesnt sound like I would stay anyway
