Odd, he didn't finish his sentence and the way he put it it is as if terrorists (instead of the US army) shot down that plane.

Not for the incumbent, unfortunately. Military decisiveness frightens people. Hence 51.4. It may have been a bad decision to keep it secret, though, in spite of everything. I would have been up-front about it, but that's why I'm not a politician.
