This was my question to the Oracle, about a lifelong love of mine who lives in a different country.
Would be grateful to hear your interpretation.

Well... I don't think Yi's saying "no," but then what is the advice?

14 changing to 49, Great Treasure's Radical Change / Revolution / change in governing principle... based on what you said, one obvious thing that would have to change is that you're in different places.

Would it be possible to arrange to go and visit him and make your feelings known? I think lines 2 and 5 might suggest that.

I don't know what the nuances should be, of course. One extreme is to show up unannounced with a declaration of love (!). Another might be to find some other legitimate reason to go there, and then get in touch, arrange to meet for lunch or something and see how it goes.

Since 14.5's in the reading, maybe strong communication would be okay, but you'll have to use your best judgement about that. It's all too easy to misinterpret a reading, especially when trying to make it very specific.
