Need help with decoding Hexagram 32

I am new to this forum and to I ching.Today i just asked the Iching about whether i should start working upon my dissertation immediately and i got hexagram 32 as the present.I was also told that the situation is likely to remain the same in the future.I am a Doctoral student at a leading management school in India who needs to submit the dissertation by next three or four months.

Any help in interpreting this hexagram wil be greatly appreciated by me.
