On Profiles

I've always been a bit confused navigating my own profile. How, for example, do you access it to add to your own info?

I've tried it through the Your Account link and clicking on my avatar but I seem to be missing the doorway.

The information you add via 'Your Account' is what will appear on your profile. You can control which bits appear to which people via the 'privacy' link on the same page. Then you view the result of this from the 'profile' link on the same page, or by clicking on your name/avatar next to a post, and then on your name in the popup.

I agree this is completely confusing, especially since I've linked the words 'My profile' in the menu to edit profile instead of view. I'll change that.

If at some point you feel you're in a position to make suggestions, it might be nice also to have the opposite, where if you're on your own profile-viewing page, it contains an "edit" link.
