I was looking through the list of diviners, and there's one there who says "...would help cast the hexagram, mark all the moving lines, label all the pa kua,..."

What's the meaning of pa kua in this context?

I believe it only means to label the trigrams in a given hexagram...

I assume so. Probably four per hexagram - nuclear as well. I wouldn't really quite call what he does divination, but he tells me it has helped people before - so in he goes.
