I have been recently in a small issue with some friend who I have had some feelings for,once she was able to sense what i was feeling, and yesterday I found that she had posted on her social account an image with the same words I was thinking at the time she uploaded it so I think she has ro be connected to me in some way I had asked iching if I should talk to her today, as she didn not want to take my calls from my number.. so I wonder what does 48.3.5.6 > 4 if the question was "should I contact her today to be forgiven and talk to me regularly"? does it means i should look for a way to contact her but what does it mean the > 4?
