I'm not a very experienced practitioner when it comes to interpreting for other people, but I think the answer is pretty clear: you will find the most fulfillment in humanitarian work-- work in which you can either assist others, contribute to their well-being, or collaborate within the framework of a closely-knit team. In any case, I think the Yi is saying that communion with others and/or serving others should precede money, power, or other more material considerations when choosing a career.
