Hello, seeking 2nd opinion about my question.
Background: and have a rescue young adult male guinea pig, who may have heart issues or could be cancer too. Currently on meds and doing better!
Last week I saw a special needs male guinea pig surrendered to a shelter. I’d love to give him a chance but I’m also concerned that pairing might be unsuccessful, it’s often the case with males who live alone like mine. Also my money situation is very mediocre too and exotic vet bills are not small at all..

What I think the reading is telling me:
3. Don’t rush into it, wait
4. There will be opportunity/right time for it to happen.

I want to go to the shelter and bring fresh for grass I grew for the pigs there. And I am not sure I could walk out without getting that piggie too.
