What should be the punishment or consequence for this person's actions? 59.2.3.4.6>31

I'm currently undergoing an online harassing/slandering situation that has gotten way out of hand. 3 different accounts on facebook post my pictures, contact my FB friends and their friends (whom I don't know) saying I'm a drugaddict, I sleep with any man for a beer, I have STD's, I am fat and ugly and so on. At first it didn't seem like much, my thoughts were "big deal, who would believe that". But then this person amassed over 3000 friends and according to my contacts started asking for my address and threatening to hit me. They also made a blog of me insulting, degrading and defaming me and some friends. The person distributed the link to this blog through messages, posting it on fb groups, fb pages, event pages and just anywhere it could. On one hand I don't mind to much, if you know me, you know who I am, on the other it struck me the parents' or the children I work with could see this. I am also somewhat afraid they jump from the virtual world to the real and act on their threats. I have no idea who this might be, and I feel I need to know who it is. On my friends' advise I went to the police, who advised me to get a lawyer and then they will investigate. I am in the process of doing this, but the more I think about it, the more I doubt going that route. The legal fees, the time spent in court (around 6 months), the stress of having to deal with cops. On top of it, I don't really know if jail is what this person should get (will that really help? don't they need a psychiatrist)
Basically I am confused as to how I want this person to be punished, or what the consequences of his or her actions should be. So I asked Yi what their punishment or what the consequence should be?
Answer was Hex 51 Dispersion. The moving lines ( 59.2.3.4.6) seem to contradict them selves. And I can't make the connection to the resulting Hex 31 Influence. At some points I feel it tells to me get away from my own feelings and doubts and let this go through the justice system and at others I think it means I should walk away (just let it die out).
Any ideas on this?
