I understand the idea of the answer that Yi gave me, thanks to Lodro I have connected with the reading mostly in this sentence: The sacrifice needn’t be extreme or severe just “two bowls of rice”. And I feel that this new reading make echo of the practice of the small sacrifices, like a "grasp on practical things"; Bradford Hactcher in his commentary say for line 50.3 :
A philosophy might look attractive, and sell, but if we can’t use it it’s not in reach. We need to get a grip, a grasp on practical things.

But I still feel that I have missed something. I had asked Yi a new question related to this situation.

Why is so difficult to me to connect with my job? 50.2.3.4.6 > 2

I feel in some way that I am focusing my attention to my job, but may is something in general, a lack of motivation in my life. I have lacked of some grip. I am searching that philosophy that connect my life in every point but a lost "grasp on practical things"

I imagined this being said to myself in a situation like yours...

Open yourself to the necessary transformation to be able to work in the role you were assigned in this company.

This involves working in a team or work group, contributing your part together with the help of others, in a systematic and continuous way.
It means starting a difficult path of relationships with your peers and hierarchies, in this "cauldron of transformation" where the ingredients that result from everyone's contributions are found.
It involves creating a space for transformation where "my contribution" and "everyone's contribution" reflect a correct and balanced proportion that provides a more enriched and fundamental collaboration for everyone and for the company.

... essentially, 50.2.3.4.6 > 2 follows from and emphasizes the reading you had earlier, hexagram 41, where you were suggested to consider the importance of doing something more basic, simple, but no less important, of clearing excess and stick to a simpler, more practical and consistent approach when interacting with the company.

Also in relation to hexagram 41...

I remember the testimony, in an interview, of a solo Portuguese navigator regarding his first crossing of the Atlantic Sea, from Portugal towards Brazil, when asked what was the most important factor to consider in a solitary crossing (... with high risk), like this:

His answer surprised me with its simplicity...

"Not allowing myself to indulge in excesses of any kind, trying to maintain a constant balance, free from excesses, especially those that affect me emotionally, because if I allow myself to indulge in excesses on a given day, I know that it will have a response in the opposite direction later on. .. Euphoria in a given situation implies, as a counterbalance later on, a feeling of discouragement and lack of energy... It's a long time alone at sea, I can't allow myself that!"

Yesterday I have thought about the "openness" is a difficult trait to process, the great will that you need to "not allowing [yourself] to indulge in excesses". It's simple but it's at the same time complicated because you have a "programming" that like to complicate things.

It is always a difficult beginning, but 50.2.3.4.6 > 2 also implies being open to the need to be attentive not to give in to excesses, neither too much nor too little, and focused on organizing what is relevant in this "cooking" ... so as not to compromise a transformation (50) that is desired to evolve into sprouting for something better.

Thanks for your answer. This kind of reading have made me feel some ansiety because I want to know the step by step of the process, it's like walking into the fog

I know the key is this
the need to be attentive not to give in to excesses,
