Wow, Ferret One, sorry to hear this. I'm near speechless, and down inside angry. I have a real "thing" with the whole western medical profession, with exceptions. Maybe my angry response to it taints my interpretation, but I think I'm considering more the toll such a battle can have on you. So I agree with Liss' answer, to seek a good attorney. But I would add one thing to that. I would give the case to an attorney or firm to resolve, with the understanding that you won't be bothered with it until the matter is settled. If you win, to generously commission them and be done with it. If you lose, they get nothing. It sure seems open/shut to me, and I'm just a layman, not a law man. I'm not litigious by nature. I've never sued anyone or any company in my life, but to me this sounds so black and white, as you describe it, I interpret 21 in its most punitive sense. However, 21.6 leads me to think that this can get tied up for a very long time. That's why it would all be contingent upon a professional/company to take it on and deal with, and be compensated according to their result.

I agree with Meng here too and Meng the underlined about Western medicine it is an ongoing angst in my mind and unfortunately I can get a bit carried away and on my soapbox when I meet people who don't turn to alternative FIRST and FOREMOST!!
Tom that bothers me too.
Anyway hope you both have a joyous day - Liss
the medical professionals handling my health were negligent.
Do you know God? Do you two get together and play chess or something on the weekend? LOL

-PocossinGod doesn't play chess with me, but She sends me emissaries to learn from, and you are one of them.
I have never been turned off by a woman who looks her age, but I believe she has a responsibility in regard to how she cares for herself. I take an amoral position on cosmetic procedures, though I have strong preference for clean, well groomed and almost natural. It's all how a woman carries herself, especially after she ages and shows signs of aging. I suppose it's the same for aging men. Men's cosmetics is a burgeoning industry at the moment. History repeats itself. Maybe white wigs will again be the norm for men of nobility. Then there's cybernetics - send your clone to work in the morning and go play golf. Still, it would be hard to resist embellishing our more flattering features and casting soft light on the not so flattering. There it is, the answer! Just always carry your lighting crew with you.
Hi DWF - I also believe in each to their own, so if it makes you happy to have this done then do it!! Which surely you are
However I do agree with Meng too and I think true peace and beauty within is definitely reflected in our outer selves.
I hope everything goes ok and try not to stress about it - be joyous and happy and free.
- Liss
