5 to 38 and 5 Unchanging for Auspicious Door Direction

I have been using Feng Shui to determine my birth trigram as well as house trigram and it turns out that I'm in the worst type of house according to my birth trigram. A Zhen type. So I asked the Yi whether continuing to use my main door in the SW is ok and got 5 unchanging. I then asked whether the west facing side door is a better option and got 5 lines 3,4,5,6 changing to 38. I know the main door (according to Feng Shui) is in a better place but was just trying to check whether my calculations are correct. What could 5 mean? I suppose the west door is not a good idea since 5 changes to unfriendly 38. Amazing to get 5 twice for related questions. Any suggestions? Yeah, I still haven't sold this house.

One's lord -- with whom one has a moral duty for a good relationship -- is in line 2, 'a like-minded man with whom one can associate in good faith' is in line 4, and 'companion' is in both lines 5 and 6. And hexagram 5 with its emphasis on getting one's position correct is excellent for feng shui. Why not work on correcting the flow of qi. If you can't afford to paint the door, put a welcoming decoration on it.

One of the reasons why I expressed the word formalities is because I have spent too many years practicing formalities of other religons like catholisim whether I wanted to or not.When I feel that I am the creator(seeking like a child) but understand that i dont know at the same time & yet come with an open, sincere heart only seeking the truth with nothing to gain, but yet to be a vessel of such findings, than I truly know that it is special, real & personal.Trust in yourself, you are connected no matter what you are feeling or doing you are connected to the source. You are taking a deeper dive into the pool of consciousness what kind of dive doesnt really matter you eventually land in the water anyway.That is where you are taking yourself initially right. Why doesnt it have to be some sort of twist of the body or a special handstand or handshake to get you there. We are already there we live in the "space horizon" this is all just a movie sort of speak that we are projecting.

Thank you all! You are so right White Owl. Yes we're alreadyt there but we can't usually see that bright core within, clouded as it is with wrong thinking and karma. So we need all the help we can get and this we can do by being like children. If we have good energies around us, we can progress spiritually and in all other ways. But the spiritual always comes first.

Lol Pocossin, I can afford a fresh coat of paint for the door but it's not required. And I have my Laughing Buddha (Maitreya Buddha) on the door so the energies are much different. Also have some Feng Shui accessory on the inside of the door. The main door, that is. So I can wait and relax and do the things I need to (such as check out Feng Shui) and good things will come to me - that's the message of 5, I suppose? This year is a very trying time for me. I need to do everything to cope with it as best as I can. That's why the EFT, Tai Chi and of course, hours of prayer. Along with trying g to watch my thoughts at all times.

i would not use the Yi to investigate about feng shui.
feng shui is just complex enough.... there isn't a need to make it harder.
what you need is to find an appropriate for you in armony with you and your feng shui situation.
if you can't change the home.... you need to use all feng shui rules to increase and decrease accordingly what is wrong what is missing what is to much for you.

You obviously know and trust Feng Shui completely, but I'm rather new to it and my calculative abilities aren't all that great. I just wanted a conformation from the Yi and the Feng Shui is working well. Thanks for your suggestion.

sorry, i must say that!!!! there is the error...... you need to trust it... if you do the thing without to trust them... you flowers negative energies.... but feng shui must be supported by positive energies to bring stagnation in vibrance.... unsure or untrustful acting bring more stagnations.
some things are common to both..trigrams, the magic square.. and many more... but also is made on the chinese horoskop... all are connected but each of them can be seen as independent.
