52.2.5. - 57, context of feelings

Friends, a while ago I asked about the meaning of a definite cast in the context of feelings, and you helped me a lot.

I would appreciate your suggestions regarding the titled cast, the same context. I have difficulties with understanding of 52 (there are some hexagrams which "slip" from me, and 52 is one of them).

Hi Juliah, not sure of the context you asked but I also recently got 52.5 for a situation of mine and I took it to mean take a step back and be selective with my words....so in my situation I need to come across more serious maybe and become more self sufficient. The hexagram also recommends meditation as part of this, to clear the mind when you don't 100% know what's going on with (in my case) the other person. It's telling me, I think, not to jump to conclusions....to meditate...become more selective of what I say and also to develop myself for the next stage (which is 53 for me). I don't know the "definite cast" you are referring to. That means there is no background here . . .

But the reading in general is saying that if you are unsuccessful in stopping yourself from moving, you will be unhappy. Also, you are cautioned to be restrained in the way you speak.
