53.1.3>42 and 53 UC for meeting ex

I am meeting my ex next week. He initiated contact after 3 months and I was hesitant mostly out of fear. He’s made it clear he has feelings for me, but to what end (big commitment?) I don’t know.

I feel “not ready” to meet him. He takes up a lot of brain space and I’m applying for jobs right now. I want to be more in a place of “self love” but have a habit of capitulation to the point of missing chances.

I am the one who suggested coffee and immediately then thought “oh no! Not ready! He’ll sense my insecurity”

So I asked, what happens if I kindly tell him I’m juggling a lot of responsibilities right now and would love to see him but it’s not a great time (apologizing bc coffee was my idea) 53.1.3>42. That line 3 in 53 is nasty, gave me pause.

I asked what if I play coffee by ear (which would mean waiting for him to follow up with a query about day/time and me seeing if I’m up for it and possibly having the same convo “busy etc” at that time) got 53uc. Thoughts?

Waiting maybe till mercury goes direct, canceling before it retrogrades…..

Hex 53 seems to indicate a gradual process so I believe in any case you’ll have the opportunity to agree on a convenient time for you. The second scenario looks more favorable - why take a stance exposing your vulnerability when things may naturally progress to fit your needs? All the very best.

Yes, this would have been good….why expose vulnerability. Well, I did and rescheduled/said this week wasn’t good before the retrograde. Was very in my head. Hopefully we can find our way back to each other, readings aren’t as clear now :/

I know! I am very in my head as I said, and the eclipse is on my mind. I feel unsettled and want to feel solid before meeting up. Good to know about Venus! As cris said, I’m trusting the process. And respecting that I rescheduled bc of overwhelm. He responded that he understands it’s hard to know what to do, not wanting to get thrown off corse

yes! Thank you about Venus. It is challenging to stay in retreat but I am getting some ducks in a row. I need to be stable to see if this is a real possibility. Got 33.4 > 53. Liked some of the commentary which said be decisive in your retreat and then good fortune
