. Funny. With all the problems in the world, and in our own lives, the one thing you can still count on people posting about is romantic love. Regardless of how miserable everything else might be, we still have romance. So here is one about mi amore...
"How can I make X mine?" and I got 57.1.5.6>11
I met someone who I'd like to possibly eventually start something up with, someone I run into on a fairly regular basis. I think they feel something for me too, but just have reservations about us based on some of the readings I've done, and their behavior. So, I asked the above in relation to breaking down these reservations.
I read this as, hexagram 11... I'm in a time of prosperity, but this needs to be regulated to the right time and places(hexagram 11). Again, this part about timing. For hexagram 57, it sounds like I will have to be consistent with my influence, and subtle. Line 1 implies to me, be decisive. So, just decide what I want, and make it clear in a very subtle and consistent way. Line 5 seems to touch on the timing factor again, that there are some things I need to change or improve. That I'm at the end of some kind of phase, and I need to get through that first. Perhaps this is referring to some baggage I still have from my past relationsip, and even just my basic place in life. Just moved, new job, etc. Line 6 seems to say I should not think about it too much. That I already know what I need to, so don't bother delving into it anymore, trying to get more and more info out of the Yi. Fair enough... So, 57 is one those hexes that for some reason never really gets the message across to me
