59 - 23 in regards to dissolving relationships

I just pulled this outcome for a friend who wanted to look into the future of a relationship: 59 to 23. Usually when I receive 59 with changing lines it foretells a breakup. Line 2 seems to say the aversion to the split will go away while line 5 mentions shouting or arguing. The result is 23, splitting apart. If anyone can help confirm this I’d appreciate it!

59.5 Don't let anyone into your private life who tries to mess with your romance.
23. Split Apart from those who don't support your relationship, reassure those who feel your relationship may be taking you away that you're still here and that you know what you are doing.

Thank you for your insight. The person who inquired about the relationship found out that her significant other was cheating on her. She felt betrayed and asked what would be the outcome. My take is that it’s best for her to split apart (hex 23) from him, since 59 indicates a dissolving of an enterprise or partnership.
