You aren't asking on behalf of me. If I wanted to know what I needed to know about 9/11 I'd ask. I couldn't take your answer as something I needed to know.

What is it that you need to know about 9/11 ? What kind of thing do you need to know ?

Is there one thing everybody in the entire world needs to know about 9/11 ? Would any answer on such a question actually really tell you anything anyway ?

If I wanted those, I could've found plenty on the web. I was after some insight though, rather than a tautological answer. Surely there will be many layers in the Yi's answer. Would love to see other interpretations.

I purposely asked as "we" since it wasn't intended as a personal question. Plus there have been very interesting threads on here about world-scale events, and I thought this subject could be right to start one.

The first interpretation is visual. Hex 2 looks exactly like two towers standing by each other.

You are putting words in my mouth... All I believe is there are no rules set in stone. And if the answer I get can benefit others, even if only in terms of a stimulating discussion, all the better.

hex 2 would be the two towers before the planes went through them though and your question is about their destruction.

The image of the two towers is just a sad symbol of the tragic 9/11 events.

On another note, Bradford translates hex 2 as Accepting. What happened, happened. We should learn and move on. Moreover, what legitimately appears to us of immense proportions may be meanigless on a universal scale:

I interpret 2 here as saying 'it's an open subject'. Some believe it was an inside conspiracy, some believe it was retaliation for the US intervention (intrusion) into middle east internal affairs, some believe it was a preplanned unprovoked attack on US soil, etc, etc. It's really open to interpretation from several points of view. I've never found the Yi to hold partisan positions in matters of world politics, because it's typically relative to which side someone takes, and Yi doesn't seem to like taking sides. It's typically far more complex than that.

I had a emotional encounter ( just slight one) where my rememberence for 9/11 was over my hot spiced chai tea this morning was..People need to stop hurting the earth & the people upon it, we are of all one accord.We are all upon this great rock/earth together, so in a sense man is only hurting its own home..we are still cleaning up this domino effect that happened right..than I ran across this thread(thanks Cris) and had to post. Hex 2 always reminds me of Our beloved Mother Earth

Mother Earth= is the emodiment of hex 2

Domino effect= shape of twin towers fall like dominos. spilling unto everybody & I mean everybody

I sense 2.0 implies a vast silence, much like the vast womb from which all human manifestations come to form. Earth has no judgement, her vast consciousness receives all, incorporates all, encompasses all. So I would see this as a response that says "No Judgement" - Loving What Is

WO, I find it fascinating that you often relate readings to small experiences in your daily life, triggering further intuitions... Reminds me (appropriately or not, but after all, they're called free associations) of the Celestine Prophecy.
