A new project and the potential financial outcome - Hex 22.2.6>11

Hello All!

First of all, I have to apologise for my rather bad English. Since I'm from Finland, it is not my first language. I followed this site for a longer period of time now, trying to get a better understanding of some of my readings. However, now I'm pretty unsure whether or not my own interpretation is the right one. So I would like to share the reading with you guys and would love to hear some insights from you.
I'm currently working as a journalist and I started a full time book project with a couple of colleagues recently. Mainly because of my own self-doubts, I tried to get the question about whether or not our project will be a successful one out of my system with this reading, since it pretty much distracts me from working on the project itself.

The Question was: What will be the financial outcome, if I focus on working on this project?

I received 22.2.6>11

Personally, I think it's sounds quite auspicious, especially with the relating Hexagram, but since I'm not too sure about my own take on it, I would love to hear your thoughts about this reading.

Grace

I think hex 22 (Grace) is meant to be about the difference between ornamentation and substance. Line 2 speaks about overconcentrating on ornamentation instead of the substance, while line 6 talks about ornamentation being used to bring out the substance / essence. My personal feeling from this reading is that it might be telling you that financial success from this project is not the real issue here and that you will find that the project has other rewards for you that are worth more. Either way, if I got this reading for a project I was considering, I would definitely see it as a good reading and carry on.

Thank you very much for your insight, kash. Interestingly, there is indeed a little bit of financial pressure involved in this work - so this could be the point with overconcentrating on ornamentation instead of substance, since Finances are quite an issue, especially when it comes to researching.
In general, the reading seem to be quite auspicious, so I will carry on with it.

I hope that it's OK to revisit this thread because the various entries seem to indicate a pattern associated with 22.2.6>11. Numerous people have received this reading in regard to financial matters. I just got it this morning and am currently embroiled in a very stressful financial situation (although I'm trying to stay calm.)

How do 22 and 11 pertain to money matters? Does anyone have any thoughts on why this combo would appear so frequently regarding finances? Is the I Ching potentially advising that one should look past the financial aspect of a situation in order to see the real significance of the matter at hand? Thanks in advance for any help. I would love to understand this reading better.
