I have been dealing with a problem with an ex employee disgruntled.

The reading is very favourable it seems. However the direction of favour may not be aligned with how you have been seeing this matter in your mind (30.2) or in the ways that you have been expressing your side of things (30.5).

... or there may be other interpretations that resonate with you more.

There is a mistake in the lines .... you meant 30.1.5>33 , yes?

The combination of line 1 and 5 does not seem to show a great advance in your question... even with help to clarify the situation (line 1), you may have to accept a minor result, a weeping middle ground( line5 ) than originally intended.

Hi there,

Finally I have a response, thx sooo much,

You both did so well, at this point I am in negotiations via email with this fellow. Basically, he deleted a whole lot of his work and the companies work, caused a mess "sabotage". He was unhappy about his pay and some other stuff apparently. In addition, has been leaving bad reviews everywhere.

When he worked for me I was not happy with him and use to have to correct him. For example, his microphone never worked in meetings and you would ask a question and he wouldnt answer. His spreadsheets looked they had been written by a 5 year old to boot.

Basically, I always had uneasy feeling with him and once again i didnt go with my inner voice warning me. I really do not think I am ever going to learn on that level. For example, when a dog has an uneasy feeling about someone they are allowed to just start barking or its socially exceptable. Really wish i could do that, would save a lot of pain and puss.

LOL - Imagine if people just started yelling, "I don't know what it is but i have a weird feeling about you, stay away from me or I will bite you"

Basically i should have fired him first chance i got, off with his head
I was too soft and now my instincts were right about him.
I didnt want to embarrass him in front of his pears, he was suppose to be a manager as well.

I am basically going to make him an offer and if he doesnt take the offer I am going to look at building a criminal case. However the company is based in Australia and he is in the Philippines. I believe there are steps you can take. I have proof also he sabotaged the business, or it looks pretty obvious it was him.

let me post after I send the email to this guy and we can see how this unfolds.
