An insider info: how to deal with this?

Hello,

I was surprised with a valuable to-be job information from a friend who is currently working on a project, and this interests me very much. It is a yet confidential info, and I have plenty of time to get my professional papers ready to apply.
I asked Yi : how do I deal with this lucky info?

I got hex. 63.1.3.4

It is all warning. But I feel the cast does not disencourages (altho I didnt actually ask if I shld apply or not...).

Update: nothing came out of that, only the usual interview. "Don't count yr chickens...".

I wonder if in general 63. After Completion as the first hexagram means something has completed and the second hexagram indicates what comes next.
