Capcom and Mega Man: 29>3 and 11>2

I am getting confirmation from Mega Man fans on Twitter that Capcom won't do much in terms of new console games, especially that this year is Mega Man Battle Network's 20th anniversary. Protodude said that we will expect more merchandise through BN's 20th anniversary and have no expectations of a legacy collection. However, something big will be coming next year.

What will Capcom's Rockman Taisen be like when it releases next year? 29.1.2 Repeating Chasms/The Abyssmal/Water/Encountering Danger/Defile/A Perilous Cavity to 3 Sprouting/Difficulty at the Beginning.
29.1=The game will end up in double trouble.
29.2=Not much will be of value when the game gets released.
Is it saying that that game is something that no one wants (29) where there is no concrete idea (3)?

What kinds of events will Capcom do for Mega Man next year? 11.1.2.3 Flow/Peace/Harmony/Contentment to 2 Earth/The Receptive/The Passive Principle.
11.1=Capcom will offer new products.
11.2=Capcom will set up a Q&A corner.
11.3=Capcom will set Mega Man as the center of attention for all to play with.
Is it saying that Capcom will make its fans joyful (11) where the producers will oversee new games (2)?

On 3/21, Capcom told the BN fans to be patient. I see this they are preparing a surprise. Why are you referring to hex 4, hex 25, and hex 1? Capcom released the Zero/ZX legacy collection last year but only sold a measly 230,000 units as the series were niche. The original legacy collection sold 2 million units while the X legacy collection sold 1.4 million. BN will be able to sell at least a million units as it was a wild success during its prime. Both SF only consists of three games with different versions of each while Legends consists of two main games and a side-game, where they didn't sell well.
