hi all,

I'm thinking and reflecting about a situation! about some strange signal that have not much sense to me!
the situation is about an existing company that was initiated by the two founders and owner!
There are also some small shareholders but their importance is very marginal and not active!

I toss coins by asking: x and y are fonder and owner, will they remain member...?

IC answer 49-> 55

I think to be very biased about my readings... so ... I'm looking for some tough and advice!

the fifth moving line say that I'm the right person to change the situation... I must trust in me!
but have I read the readings in this way... or is the line related to a 4th potential member?
or is the meaning something other that I can't see!

That said, it's difficult to interpret your reading. You asked about two people, x and y. Please realize that x and y might not both be planning to do the same thing. If I were you, I wouldn't try to ask a question about both x and y at the same time. Ask about x and then ask a second question about y. Or, figure out what is your main concern, and ask about that.

The general meaning of your reading might be that things have gotten to be too much and people feel ready for a change. A new direction is needed for the company.

That does not mean that people have it all figured out, however; what they want to do instead. Since your question was about x and y, I don't think line 5 moving has to do with you personally.

About getting line 5 moving in my own personal readings: I have found that I might do something completely different from what I was thinking about. I might indeed change my mind.

yes I will start to don't use "!"... didn't know about.

about my art to write 49-> 55 is simply related to the fact that I draw the hex in my mind while tossing coins! I don't use paper and pencil.
but this is not a great problem to me to add the info about the moving lines

about the reading, the situation is.. if one of the two partners go he will take back what he bring in the activity! the one structure! the other member participate with capital and some machine! this mean the end of the activity.

If the two principle partners are in good health, they work together well, and the business is making money, why would they want to leave? How does their staying in the business inconvenience you?

Overly frequent use of the exclamation mark is generally considered poor writing, for it distracts the reader and reduces the mark's meaning.

Right! Boccaccio & Maria D'Aquino. But rather than putting the project on ice, couldn't you make what you want happen by buying out one of the partners? If not, if you bought out one of the minor shareholders, you'd have a toe in the door.

About your question, 49.5 > 55 -- It is always better practice to ask about yourself rather than to ask about other people. No telling how Yi will respond when you ask what other people are going to do.

Better to ask like this: "With regard to my wish to become z's partner, what can you tell me, I Ching?"

I am saying "z" because I don't know who is the one you want to partner with.

only the first one must be take in consideration the second one is more confirmation.

finally to me they seams to answer in the same way...
to wait... to do nothing... since there is nothing that I can do at time.
do something will bring me in a uncomfortable situation. the time for action will come.
