Hi all!

I tossed some coins to ask about my upcoming court case looking for some re-assurance obviously and it came 45 line 5 , 16
The question was what would the the outcome of the case.
I'm not sure if this is a overall a positive or a negative reading?
Without I ching I feel that things are gonna work out in this area somehow, however this reading made me think and mull it over, and suddenly I got anxious. 16 is a rather positive hex?

One of 45's major meanings is the kind of security that comes from preparedness, having it all together. If you can step up and fill the position you've that you've argued you should be OK.

This suggests that pushing, or leaning on your lawyer to work harder will have beneficial results which in turn will lead to a good court ruling for you.

Another aspect of 45.5 is that there are certain assumptions that accompany positions.
If someone is in a place of authority there is an assumption or benefit of doubt that they are competent to occupy that place. But like the text says, trust needs to be maintained or else the battle is back to being all uphill. In legal matters, a plaintiff might be suspected of having good reason to take a defendant to court, but the burden of proof is still the plaintiff's. Similarly a defendant might be a suspect but the presumption of innocence requires proof from the prosecution beyond a reasonable doubt.
