I am still contemplating the current situation with the company I am working for and leaving in a month. I like the company and its people very much, but I have to leave due to some reasons I described in my previous threads.

Will the company have a future in case it is led by X, its current leader?
37.3.5 > 27

Strange optimistic result. I had some experience with the line 37.5 when I asked if the relations between two persons would improve. Though the answer seemed auspicious, they are litigating now.

I also asked whose interests X watches over being the company leader. I hoped to see the answer supporting the idea of the company as a family, or unity... I got 12UC.

Your thoughts on 37.3.5 correlating with 12UC would be much appreciated friends.

Looks like the company would be nourished.

Yet the question remains - by whom?

Now its leader is not nourishing it, but quite the opposite, is destroying the last what has been uniting people within.

I have a feeling that, perhaps, the company will be nourished by funds of an external structure, the controlling company (King), for instance.

In my experience 27 shows quite the opposite - hunger, not eating, poverty.

Will the company have a future in case it is led by X, its current leader?

As long as the company continues with these 'familiar' people/practices, it will fail.

I also asked whose interests X watches over being the company leader.
I got 12UC.

Some nasty people, 'bandits'.

The lines and resulting hex say, to me, that the current leader is going to do well for the company.

37: the Family (it means the company here.)
Line 3: the head of the household is thundering (severely scolding) at the members (for good reason: to get them in order. And some of them don't like it.) And the scolding is opportune.

Line 5: The sovereign draws near his family. Don't be concerned about luck.

27: very much about nourishment overall.

I have got two completely opposite views. I must say that taking into account the current tendency of management I would rather lean to Diamanda's insight.

At the same time I very much hope for a better future for the company I love.

I'm leaning towards Diamanda's p-o-v.

37.3.5 The firm will be in a good shape if:
.3 members are assigned roles and given clear direction from the boss, allowing some leeway but not much.
.5 boss should base his power on love and careful attention to the needs of his employees, then he will be supported in return.
Transitional 42.5 Crowley: Let all men share in thine approved estate!
Legge:
Shows its subject with sincere heart seeking to benefit (all below).
There need be no question about it; the result will be great good fortune.
(All below) will with sincere heart acknowledge his goodness.

Whose interests X watches over? 12.0
