Good question?

Hi susan

Just in case the comment could be useful

Will Roger Federer win the French Open this year?

Seems he won't (and probably won't win French Open for the next 3 years) because of emotional dificulties, and even some stomach illness due to worries.

Best wishes

P.S. I wanted to attach a doc. file with the detailed consultation I made, but it exceed the authorized size

Jesed, I thought it looked that way too, that he wouldn't win because of emotional issues. The reading from Cleary The Taoist I ching seem to say he could physically but he couldn't control his negativity, and Nadal gets almost the opposite with the 47-35 reading. He is physically exhausted and on the way to losing but his inner determination pulls him through. He overcomes exhasution -47. The crowd starts pulling for him after they see the way he has turned things around. This is his third straight win.(35 talks about 3 times)
I think that the 54.4 line means that Federer wins Wimbledon (the English Grand Slam) this year again for the fifth straight year (that's the girl intended for him, probably he wins next year too, it's his girl). I thought I saw also something about Federer believing he was losing to someone through some sort of cheating. Which could be either be he thinks the other player uses drugs or they are getting coaching during the match or he thinks both. The coaching thing probably is something they talk about at the press conference after the match. I also thought it said that he was on the way down, he has been number one for three years, no where else to go, but he is great. He loses his number one ranking in 2008 probably to Nadal. I'm not sure if he makes it to the final (I read that the eighth month could be June, which is when the final would be held But also the US Open starts in August so maybe he doesn't win that this year, either). With the 12.1 reading I don't think he makes the final, but w/ 54.4-19 I kind of think he does also considering what Hilary says. Federer must then lose when he pulls out ahead in the beginning, looks like he's going to win, then falls apart. His first serve percentage will be a factor. Nadal for his part doesn't believe he is playing against a cheater. He falls to his knees when he wins (not on his back, as he usually does) and his knees are covered in red clay at the end (purple knee pads).the 35 progress probably means Nadal becomes number one next year because he has already won this tournament two previous times, so where is the progress in that?
If Federer won he would almost overwhelmingingly be considered the greatest tennis player of all time and the pressure of that is too much for him it seems, although he probably is anyway.Maybe also the emotional/stomach problems are due to his thinking his opponent has an unfair advantage. I think that's what's bugging him and he can't prove it so he just has to suck it up, but he is an honest person and it comes out in another way, through the stomach.

Today, one week before the start of the French Open, Federer beat Nadal in Hamburg, Germany, on clay! (same surface as in the French Open).
This ended a streak of 81 wins on clay by Nadal.
Federer said that he finally found the formula to play against Nadal on this surface.
We will see .. :)

Did you see the match, Martin? I didn't.
But last night I asked if Federer would win and got 48 no lines.
If Nadal would win 19.2-24. I thought it meant Nadal would win, cause I never have luck when I get 48. But the funny thing is 19 says in the 8th month etc, after 8 games (first set 6-2) Nadal went on to lose pretty handily and also it's funny because what Hilary said about 19 being the runner up.
I think Fed will lose RG but win Wimbledon. Just not certain if he will lose before the final or not.

A GooD Question...

How about: What does living in tao mean to each of us...Keeping on our path and
finding our way?

Hi Susan,

I didn't see the match. As far as I know it was not even broadcasted here.
In retrospect 48 seems quite apt. Apparently Federer dug deep and tapped resources that he didn't use earlier. But it would have been hard to predict the outcome correctly, based on 48 for Federer and 19>24 for Nadal, I think.

Perhaps the IC only says something about the players in this case, what they do, their state of mind, and so on?
Makes sense to me. I cannot imagine that those who speak through an oracle care much about winning or losing a tennis match. I mean, they probably have other priorities. :)

What would you consider a fair question for the IC, Martin?

I was so happy Fed won (though I find caring sort of odd-he certainly doesn't need my concern). Great score, too, if you are a fan of his, 6-0 in the third set. That's incredible.
I was glad about 48 because I've always influenced by the way Carol Anthony mentions in her one of her books, it's there but you won't get it. Finally, I had proof it didn't always mean that. (Are you a Federer fan, Martin?)
I think the IC will answer any question and give information about the future, the past, the present about anything. It's being able to interpret the answer. The answers are like great works of literature, there are so many layers to Anna Karenina, for instance, you could keep interpreting the meaning of it the rest of your life.

Oh, questions about tennis are okay, I think. But if it's indeed true that the answers of the IC focus on what happens to the players and not or much less on the result of a match, we have to interpret them differently.

Thinking about another fair question .. hmm, first eat (at home this time :)).

I'm a fan of both, but I find Nadal more interesting to watch. He is more a warrior, a fighter. Federer is that too of course, but it shows less. Different temperaments. And perhaps Federers technical near perfection is also a factor, you sometimes don't see him 'work', it seems so easy. Yes, I know, that's the hallmark of the 'master'. Still, we want to see these guys making their hands dirty, at least I do. :)

Federer reminds me of Pete Sampras, but Pete - I don't think I ever watched him longer than 5 minutes. Couldn't stand it. Serve (BANG!) - volley (bang!), yes, okay, nice, umm, something is missing though. Communication with the opponent? Think so.
Give me an Agassi please .. :)

Rosada, another fair question - I think the question that peace66 posted is very interesting.

I made it a bit more specific: what is my Tao?

Don't answer that Yi .. I hope I know, I should. Give me a moment .. :)

I thought it was an interesting question too, Martin. Why don't you start a new thread and tell us what you got?

Oops, I forgot that this thread is for questions that are not subjective (mine was about me), so 'that we can all take a stab at interpreting and get some real feedback as to how close we came to getting it right' as you wrote in your first post in this thread. :)

Umm, can we ask about the Tao of humanity then? Where are we going as a species now? Or where are we supposed to go?
Not sure how to word it.
And we may never know if we got it 'right' but we can at least discuss the answers that we get. :)

How do you define tao? I mean, is your tao your fate and is the answer supposed to cover your entire life, like fate? Like, "You are fated to always fall for the one with the mustache?" Or is it the next change just ahead, like the next 24 hours? Or???

I was not thinking about 'fate' at all, more something like 'where are we at (now) as a species? 'In which phase are we, essentially?'

Still in the falling-for-the-one-with-the-mustache phase or did we leave that behind us? Or what? :D

ooh, I like that.

Just now having said that, I got a visual of that poster of all the stars of the Universe and the arrow pointing to one with the notation "You are here."

I don't know if I'm over that, since I'm single now, it remains to be seen.
I do know I married the only one of 5 w/o red hair in his moustache and that seems to be the mistake.

Since being turned down as the Clarity logo I'm glad to see worm-yi making a come back. He does look a bit disgruntled, but who can blame him.

The French Open starts today. The final will be played 2 weeks from Sunday. I think Federer will lose to Canas in the semifinal. and Nadal will go on to win the whole thing.

Well Canas just lost, so Federer will play Davydenko in the semi-final, someone he has beaten 8-0.
Maybe he does make it to the final, then. That squares with what Hilary says about 19 being the runner up.
Crystal Blue was your reading 12.1?
