Healing and 54

I asked "what do I need to do to heal my body" and Hexagram 54, the Marrying Maiden was my answer. This does not make sense to me.

I think it's basically saying not to do much, taking a load of action could end up causing harm as it might be wrong action or anti-thetical to healing. What are you trying to heal, if it's something that really shouldn't be interfered with try taking action in ways where it is your job to, accepting the current status of healing as it is, what can you do while carrying it with you, I might be wrong but that's the impression I get from a couple sites I read on it. The healing might be beyond your control or something that is brought about at another time in another way. Be feminine in approach, nurture do not force, yield to whatever comes
