Help interpreting 63.1.5 to 15?

1. Background and context for reading: I've been offered a job interview but not sure if I want to proceed at this time even though I'm honored the company is interested in interviewing me.
2. The question I asked, word for word: "What should I know about working for this company?"
3. The answer Yi gave: 63.1.5 > 15
4. My own feelings and thoughts about the answer: I think Yi is advising me to be honest and humble but other than that I don't know what to make of the reading.

Is the IC being snippy today? Reads to me as if it’s saying “After the interview you’ll know all you need to know.” Or could it be saying the company is inviting people to interview but they already know who they intend to hire? Or maybe
63.1 You’re not sure if you can do this, it maybe a big leap for you.
63.5 But really all you need to do is show up

63.1 might be showing your own feelings, as if it's a bit too early for you to jump into this and you don't feel like it at the moment, 63.5 could be about being up against another candidate and just going to the interview will sort out who's the better fit for the job, 15 or integrity i'd read as you're either a great fit or you really don't want this work at the moment and things will work out accordingly to what you choose.

Hex 63 identifies that maybe you have already got what you wanted ( the interview) and beyond this from the Judgement there may be some longer term difficulties around working for this company. However it encourages you to persevere. The Image directs you to contemplate potential difficulties and guard against them in advance.
Maybe you need to add some substance to what is making you not sure if you want to proceed. You can ask pertinent questions around these matters at the interview if needs be.

63.1 - This line is about you being right to listen to your inner concerns and to take things slowly.
63.5 - Working for this company will not be the same as previous employment experiences you have had. You may need to make changes (maybe small, maybe significant) to how you have been used to working as they are not like other companies. However if you are able to adapt you will do well enough, although perhaps not as well as you would have liked.

Hex 15 - Working for this company will keep you on your toes. You'll need to be diligent, flexible, balanced, a hardworking finisher that just gets on with the task in hand. If this describes you then this company could be just what you are looking for. It could be that future career prospects will only progress slowly: you are going to have to earn your spurs so don't expect a meteoric series of promotions.

Remember having the interview does not mean that you have to accept the job if it is offered to you.
