Help with a reading of hexagram 60, changing line 2 that creates hexgram 3

Hello,
I asked what is a soul I am connected to is saying to me ? And the reading that came up was this 60, changing line 2 that leads to hexagram 3( also I need help on how to right that with only numbers..I am newbie and I don't know please excuse)..and it was the first time I couldn't make any sense out of it..I am using mostly Hillarys book and I am super excited so far all my questions were answered so wisely and to the point except this one. Also how can I search the forum for this particular one?

60 tells about limitations, but also articulation. Your inner world and the world outside have to be interconnected. In line 2, the oracle says to go out and to leave and enlarge your space - maybe just ask this soul in person, whatever you want to know, and do the first step?

I'm not great with hexagram 60, it rarely comes up in readings for me, but 3 does often.
If you read the relating hex as the general situation or atmosphere, could indicate a difficult childhood or something relating to a new journey the soul is on (not sure if they are living or not). Maybe if they are passed on, a difficulty transitioning into the bigger wider space of existing without a corporeal form, if that is your belief, would make sense.

I think this is saying take a measured approach. Not too much, not too little, follow how things organically progress. Let things grow, don’t narrow your possibilities.

If you have a close connection to this soul, ask them. I don’t think any soul is too young to answer, so long as you listen with your heart and not your ears. Young souls often are even better communicating this way than older souls.
