Dear All,
I would love to have your feedback on that reading.

A bit of background: As I mentioned in previous posts (and thanks once again for your support) I decided not to buy other shares of the Company of which I am partner now and find a new professional challenge outside. Now I have to manage the "leaving phase" that sounds to me a bit sensitive. My goal is to find the right trade off between being honest and clear to my business partner and preserve my current situation (in terms of projects. income) as long as I serve in my current company. One of my two business partner, the one who wants to sell his shares and retires, could be unpredictable and he is not 100% fair in these type of situation. So I asked "How do I need to behave and act to leave my current company".
I got 53.1.3.5.6. to 24
With all these changing lines is a bit difficult to me to understand clearly. My main understanding is that I need to be calm, not overdo and be good in self management.
What do you think? what's your feedback?

Thank you so much

Progress leading to Return (home) reads to me as advice to focus on the idea that you’ve progressed as far as you can with this company and now you too are looking to retire or at least take a break and regroup. Maybe you ultimately saying something like, “Guys we had a great run but I’m just not feeling it anymore and I think it’s time for me to step down.” Sort of the old “It’s not you - it’s me” excuse.
Also the lines do seem to point to their being people you have to deal with who are not being straight with you. 53.3 may be advising you wait until after the questionable one who wants to sell his shares leaves. 53.6 seems to suggest you will be able to make your exit in a way that is honorable.

Grazie Rosada. I agree with you that "It's not you it's me" strategy is the one. I had the strong feeling I cannon't be fully transparent in this situation (And for me it's not easy, as I believe in transparency). Unfortunately I cannot wait for the "older" partner to leave but I have to manage him, being very unpredictable and He is always changing his mind I think I would use the "Kill him with kindness" tactics, because I can became vey hostile if He feels under attack.
Thank you so much

Thanks My_Key, I would do my best to follow that. Not easy but inspiring. V
