23 may mean that you do not get along with a particular person, or you will leave your job if it is your wish. As often when it comes to leaving a job, I advise to look for another job before leaving this one, it's more prudent it seems to me, isn't it?

Thank u Matali! Currently i do not have problem with anyone in office. Just that sometimes i feel that changes occur beyond my control and sometimes unfair... i dunno if i should find something else or just stay put first. I asked another question if I should just stay in the job and wait passively for something right to come along as nothing outside seems appropriate enough and i got 59.1.4.6>>58, does hexagon 58 seem ok? Thank u so much for taking time to answer this

OK, so you don't have a problem with anyone and that's a very good thing. I do not know what displeased you but with 59 there is like a dissolution of your problem that is moving towards more communication 58.

So I don't think the advice is to leave, but rather to be positive and communicate...
