Hexagram 17, relationship advice?please help interpret

I am kind of new to using the iChing, Ive only really been using it for a short period of time, and mainly seeking relationship advice. Recently(about 3-4months), I've started to like this woman at work. Her and I have become good friends over the last few months, but I really want us to be more than friends. She currently works in another area, but shes coming to work in my area shortly, so we will be working in direct contact.

I asked "What should I do about my feelings towards [her]?" And I received hexagram 17 unchanging. How should I interpret this? I want things to get further with her, but what is the iChing advising me to do here? Should I let her come into my work area, and work closely with her to develop something? Her and I have become real close over the last few months, and I wouldn't be surprised if she knows that I like her.

Follow them. Pursue & explore your feelings and see what happens.

Since it is a work related crush (risky!) I might ask a question like

"how should I proceed with this crush on x". You may get more insight. 17 I think is yi mirroring your feelings, and giving you the green light to continue to explore how you feel about her.
