"I fully respect her decision, but I've found it very difficult to move on emotionally". This is trigram Mountain. Setting and respecting boundaries, but also no movement.
So as I see it, H22 shows perfectly how you are currently in the situation. Emotionally you are still involved with this woman, but on the outside it seems over because you respect her decision. Hopefully this will help you.
