How do I deal with this work atmosphere?

How should I deal with this work atmosphere? Hexagram 27.3.4 changing to Hexagram 30.


I asked this question because I feel like I do not always receive the support I need at work and that my manager is not helpful to the situation. Line Hexagram 27.3 seems to be hinting my manager not helping the situation or maybe me "turning away from nourishment". Line 4 mentions something about "reverse nourishment" - not sure about this one, but perhaps it means I turn to others for help or myself instead of my own team. Hexagram 30 - creative collaboration with the team?

Should I look for another job? Hexagram 50.1.5 changing to Hexagram 1.


I guess this is saying meet each day openly without judgement and there is still something to be learned from others here? A new creative job opportunity may come up?

27.3.4 to 30 ~ It's just a job ~ In order to get what you need (.3) ~ you give them what they need (.4).

"Should I look for another job?"
50.1.5 to 1 ~ Yes, start looking discretely (.1) for a new job/boss (.5).
