I'm going to graduate in musical composition this October and I'm currently writing my thesis and composing a piece. It requires quite a lot of work. In the meantime I'm giving private lessons to two students. A third one has asked me for lessons, but I'm afraid I won't have all the time and energy required for my thesis if I accept too many students.
I am going to move to another city right after I graduate anyway.
55 refers to a temporary abundant situation. These two students are preparing for an exam which they will take in October. The third one could last longer but I am going to move anyway. I don't know what the mourn it refers to could be about, maybe what I'm going to leave behind after I move. My grandfather could be dying in these months. He often urges me to find a job because he's afraid of our financial situation. If everything goes as planned, I will have a nice scolarship in october so I don't actually need to work right now.
I don't know how to interpret the 4th line. It changes to brightness hiding. So maybe I shouldn't accept anymore students and spend my energies for studying and personal projects rather than work.
