Hx 43.1 > 28 - Input Please?

Hi-

I went back to the shallow end of the pool and asked Hilary's really great question for when you can't think of a question. "What do I need to know now?" Here are my results and interpretation based only on the two Hxs and the Nuclear Hx. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hx 43.1 > Hx 28

Negative influences are receding. Moving forward with purpose strengthens the positive influences you are building. Objectivity, not emotionalism, is the way to keep moving toward your goal.

It?s important to recognize your own shortcomings at this point, but beating yourself up only gives them more power. Devoting your energies to your many strengths yields the progress you are looking for. Caution: energy can be destructive or constructive, unchecked it is destructive ? pay attention and act with intent.

This is a significant time with many things happening at once, not all of them expected and none of them permanent. Failing to build a strong foundation now could turn a small bend in the road into a major disaster. Look to each moment for what it can teach you, then learn it within and without. Enjoy the ride ? heaven is on your side.

Hi Beth,

43 in general deals with 'spreading the word', seeding, sending out cuttings to be planted/grafted elsewhere. In five phase it reflects the interactions of cooperative exchange (top trigram) in a context of competitive exchange (bottom trigram). Thus the Wilhelm focus on resoluteness - the sell is fundamentalist, competitive (OUR 'seed' vs the 'seed' of others etc etc). The top line reflects the INTEGRATING focus in particular, the 'seed' serves to integrate).

43 PAIRs with hexagram 01 - the latter being the 'pure' form of competitive exchange, single mindedness, intense 'light' etc. that is strongly differentiating.

The influence of 28 on the archetype of 43 reflects a distortion of the path through 43 in the form of going too far, exceeding what is required. The idea here is the selected hexagram reflects a passage through an archetype and any chaning lines are not changing per se, they reflect a distortion of the archetype by local conditions and as such interpretation is in the form of a warning re being taken AWAY from the path.

The other interpretation is of a true change, 43 is changing into 28. This is interpreted positively in that it reflects a core change rather than surface change and so is 'transcending'. Thus spreading the word leads to going beyond what is required but in a good way - to go the extra distance for someone etc.
