Is the remedy good? 18.6 to 46 and 18.2 to 52

Dear all, I have recently experienced some nervousness and since I don't want to be rude to anyone, but it has occurred sometimes, I thought of a natural remedy to be more relaxed.
I asked if the remedy I chose will help me and the answer was 18.6 to 46.
The answer seemed to suggest that the solution lies in my spiritual evolution and that I should rather look inwardly.

Not sure, I asked: what effect can the remedy have on me? And I received 18.2 to 52 .
This makes me think about the reasons why I behave in certain ways, perhaps following maternal patterns. But again it seems to me that Yi says not to act too drastically. The remedy does not seem too strong to me, but it also could have some side effects. (Edit: It doesn't need any recipe btw). So I don't know whether to try it. But since the question was "what effect", maybe the answer is straight: it will correct mother corruption.

What do you think of the 2 mutant lines? Remedy yes or should I start meditating or go on holiday? (Or all of them )

No it doesn't. It just says you don't need to ask for permission and you are your own boss with regards to this.

Thank you Trojina for your input! If so, I also see hex 18 as pointing towards repair of what led me feeling like this... Would you agree? What do you think of 18.2 in this context?
PS. To avoid any misunderstanding, I'm not asking for medical advice, this thing doesn't need prescription and it's pretty bland...
