Job Questions 54.5-->58 & 30.5.6-->49

There have been many changes at work lately. One change is that my current bonus yearly will go from 10% to 5%. It was suggested by a Human Resources rep that is no longer with the company to seek out other opportunities rather than try to prevent the change from happening. That is just what I did. I got to my 3rd interview on 2 separate positions in other parts of the company. My last interview was May 31st for the position I'd most like. I had my last interview on June 20th for another position. I was told I did well on both my other employees in the dept. or the HR recruiter.

My questions have been will I be in a different role by the end of July Hex 54.5 -->58 and then with a similar question I received Hex 30.5.6 -->49.

What are your thoughts? I am trying to just be content to have a job. But I would be thrilled to get a promotion.

54.5 to 58 : The time is right for having exchanges (58), and discussing possibilities. Ultimately, your patience will pay off 54.5.

30.5.6 to 49
Some reform, in your job, may happen if you grieve a difficult situation (30.5) and take decisive action, like a king-- perhaps to help restructure the company or your position in it? This reform needs to come from within, while it will have effects, in the role you play within the institutions.
