Kapha 41 unchanging

I’m studying Ayurvedic nutrition and I’ve realised I’m Kapha. not Vata. My energy has become seriously depleted yet again but since I switched to following Kapha nutrition and yoga I feel heaps better.

What if I continue to follow the Kapha diet

Decrease to gain by what I can work out with this Hexagram....probs best to just wait and see if this way of eating works for me.
