Learnings on Hexagram 19 Line 1

Couple of days ago my 22 year old son suddenly called and said he wanted to bring his girlfriend to the Temple which I have been devoted to. Luckily the girl is spiritually inclined and I had told her about the ceremony. So I threw and received hexagram 19 line 1. Joint Approach and both of them turned up for the ceremony. My birthday was the following day and this was the best birthday ever!

What do you see as the primary difference between 19.1 and 19.2, since they both involve joint effort?
