What will happen in matters of love or sex et similia, in December?

31 is Influence, already tested as attraction. Line 6 talks about the mouth, the talk, the tongue - the source im using says I have a persuasion power (lol this way sounds cool) but i shouldn't flatter someone too much and i should be careful to the words said... Makes sense? Anyone had a good experience with it?

On the internet I found it means "empty talk, not enough passion and an invitation by an unwanted suitor"

My friend says it will be just talking without wooing (if he is desired by me). Or just talking without stimulation if he's unwanted.
