I ask if i should move to canada to study and work b4 2009

25 , changing at 3,4,6

leads to 63

move to canada after 2009

1st time i cast:

42 all black

leads to

42

I ask iching again to double confirm:

61 changing at 1,2,5,6

leads to

2

Seems pretty unambiguous to me. Moving before 2009 is risky. You'd be like a babe in the woods, without the skills to defend yourself. Waiting until after 2009 will be rich for you, consistent with your own truest self.
