New inspiration - 53.6 - 39

I've been in a slump regarding my oil painting practice for several months now - partially burn-out and partially a dissatisfaction with my creations, so I am planning to learn something new and asked :

will this new abstract painting course inspire me again?​

I think the hexagrams I received a incredibly clear, except for their order. Reading from 53.6 to 39 seems that the outcome is the obstruction - so probably I'm not reading this in the right order. My apologies for being dense, but I am a total beginner. I have ordered Hilary's book which should arrive end of January......

I do like line 6 - seems like transcendence to me

I'm often found advising people against yes/no questions because Yi doesn't have a hexagram for 'yes' or 'no'. Also, this answer clearly says 'yes', so that puts my advice in perspective .

The relating hexagram isn't necessarily the outcome - in fact, it isn't usually the outcome. Think of it as a personal, subjective background to the reading: what it's about for you, or what time it is for you. (Sometimes it's like a chapter title in the book of your life.)

So this is gradual development through limping and struggle, or with the experience of limping and struggle. It gives you something to transcend . After all, the high plateau is not an easy place to be, for a goose. The line goes above and beyond the difficulties.

It also goes beyond the everyday concerns of geese (something to eat, somewhere to roost, goslings to raise...), as now their feathers are being used in the sacred dances. That's a shift to a whole different dimension, beyond the literal - and I wonder whether this might not correspond to a shift from figurative to abstract work.
