Since there are many changing lines, I will only interpret the changing hexagrams. Is it saying that the winner be one who will understand the people's needs (hex 50) which will lead to he or she to takes steps to fulfill the goals (line 19)? In the case, it will not be the incumbent president?

How will voters react to the November election results? 27.1.3 Nourishment (Corners of the Mouth) to 52 Stilling (Keeping still, Mountain).
Hex 27: Below the mountain is thunder: Nourishment. A noble one reflects on his words in conversation, And is discriminating about what he eats and drinks.
Line 1: Giving up your own spirit tortoise, Gazing at me with jaws hanging down – pitfall.

It is saying that voters will be shocked (line 1) and that they do not accept it (line 3), where they do not see a future (hex 52)?

Your second reading 27.1.3 is I think in the context of the first reading, that people that refuse the nourishment that's in that pot, that food /opportunities that've been provided and just reject it, will have long faces ,nowhere to go, and be lost in the wilderness for 10 years.

Sorry, but to me, your interpretations are based on what you want to happen, and not at all on what the Yi might actually be saying to you.

When you post a political question here, you always start with the opinion of a tarot reader or someone that you agree with politically, and work from your conclusion backwards.
This is a fundamentally wrong way to approach an oracle of any kind.
In order to get a clear reading, you need to suspend your judgment. The Yi talks about judges being able to do this, this is a quality they need to have to really understand a situation.
You have to try to put aside your personal feelings, and be strictly neutral when you ask a question. This is difficult to do when you have strong feelings on a subject, And the more impassioned you are, the harder it will be to get a clear reading.
This is largely why it is easier to interpret someone else's reading, then to interpret one's own I think.
You'll notice even people that agree with you politically here have been trying to tell you this for a while.
And I am by the way, interpreting the Yi by the book. Your reading does say according to your interpretation, that the person that wins the election will be the person that understands the people's needs. An objective way to look at that might be, wait and see. If your Bluewave doesn't materialize, then maybe this is something you need to remember after the election.

The refusers were myriad, and the denial was enough to spark an attempted coup ... which is something that I never thought would happen in my lifetime, certainly. I think that your interpretation of the hexagrams and lines, when compared with the reality of what happened, was quite accurate, and it was actually the other commenter's own political beliefs that caused them to negate your interpretation ...
