Seems like Clinton hah but it's a part of Chicago which is a rather big city itself.

Also"Stagnation" is not exactly the right word here, I think. I see hex 12 as being like a pipe but there's no water flowing through it at the moment. Like 11.Peace is all the energies are moving along, going with the flow but eventually all the enthusiasm runs through and nothing more comes. So that could indicate Biden's having previously said he was withdrawing from the campaign and not putting more energy into it.

Many assumed Hilary - from the smaller town - would win but her campaign 12. Stagnated and she lost.
Perhaps the I Ching was telling us who would NOT be elected so we could then figure out for ourselves that
a) Hilary would get the Democratic nomination but not win and therefore
b) Who ever was the other candidate would be elected.

Oh. It took me a few moments to realize that you were talking about Hilary Clinton and not about Hilary Barrett - she also comes from a very small town!

Since someone said casts tend to develop over a longer period of time than the time frame we ask our question, I think this is an amazing example of witch prediction in the future!
