Reiki - is it good for me?

Hey all! Thanks for reading this post. I had one Reiki session, and it felt pretty interesting in several spots of my body. I decided to take a longer session with this practioner. I'm afraid I can remember or relive something I will not be able to cope with. So the question How good is Reiki with this practioner for me produced 10. It advises caution? Does it mean I should not do it?

in my mind 10 stands for go ahead, deal with it . besides that reiki is good

yep, i felt it's powerful for me anyways...I have an extremely sensitive body...Even the practioner said so...And she saw stuff, my emotions...wow I've been such a rational person all my life that all this just comes as a surpise..

reiki is good although few call it reiki-fleiki
but is better to do it yourself. just keep your palms on your key points ( google reiki ). you don't need no diploma or school to do it. it's built-in you just need to develop it

Hex 10 is treading, to walk on something, and stretching the meaning even further, to place hands on someone.

Hex 10 indicates that you are dealing with a powerful person, in the fact that she can channel energy which does not do harm therefore it must do good. But how good we don't know, as the only way to find out is by continuing to visit her.

Hex 10 signifies also the specific healing ritual ...

There is the sense of a less experienced person approaching a more powerful person --

I go along with Gato, who said you can learn hands-on healing yourself. For example: foot reflexology or hand reflexology can save you a lot of time, energy, and money going to healers. It's always tricky going to other people for cures, you know ... You never know when they're going to have a bad day and fill you with their negativity instead of help you over yours ... Well, this can happen with anybody, even your best friend or your family physician.

But, I mean, reiki is said to be something everybody can learn ... And you certainly seem ready to learn something like this.
