resignation 12.4.5 to 23

Was it for the better for me to resign? Was it a good decision?- and got 12.4.5 to 23.
Please help,what you think.
There was much pressure from boss, no recognition...i am still thinking that whether i could have influenced situation if stayed...but
At that moment i just thought its best for me to leave....

I think that it was good for you to resign.
12.4 says you finally have listened to your inner self, that it was uncomfortable job for you.
12.5 says don't worry, the standstill is finally ending but keep your chin up, there is something new on the horizon

and 23 just confirms that you have 'stripped away the dead wood', it wasn't doing you much good.
