Romantic Interest 55.1.5-31 - Plum Blossom anyone??

So I have asked a question about my current romantic interest, and it appears very positive. I asked about what I should know about his interest for me. I casted at 11.20 in the evening on 5th of sept. We have expressed our likings for one another and also about our general approval of commitment, it just confuses me that he doesn't find time to see me at the moment, which he says is work- and time-related, yet I think a little time would be available under most circumstances.

31- mutual attraction, possible beginning of a relationship

So to me this seems very clear and nice, I am mainly interested in a detailed interpretation like Plum Blossom, which I am yet interested in learning.
