It's just bank accounts and his home and a piece of land.

then don't worry a lot. Its not that complicate and 6 months it's plenty of time. I'm sure since you live abroad you can have more time.

best wishes

58.2.4.5(Joy) -> 24 (Return)

Don't let your emotions carry you away from inner joy, return to your plan.

Michael Daniels writes:
Line 2. A sincere and contented person has no regrets. (stay positive)
Line 4. Decision is difficult. Choose higher pleasures. (choose either hope or fear, and stick with your plan)
Line 5. Beware of corrupting influences. (your fears and anxiety, banish them from your mind)

Hello Ashteroid could the corrupting influences be my sister who I suspect has withdrawn money from a joint account she might have found and is not telling me? She is my biggest problem not the lawyer.

Hii, No I don't think so.

Wilhelm on line 5:
Dangerous elements approach even the far best of men. If a man permits himself to have anything to do with them, their disintegrating influence acts slowly but surely, and inevitable brings dangers in its train. But if he
recognizes the situation and can comprehend the danger, he knows how to protect himself and remains unharmed.
It is some kind of a passive defense.

You need to be aware of any negative thoughts that enter you mind, and just let them go, don't dwell on them, don't feed them, and you will be unharmed.
Don't go on another circle, I thought you were at peace and now the old feelings of suspicion and anxiety have returned.

Hello Ashteroid, Just an update to this reading. the below quote happened today. My sister informed me that she feels emotionally tired with the whole ordeal and has given my mom all the bank books to take to the legal firm (they requested them.) One of the lawyers my mom is going to meet to ask for his help likes her alot and he is divorced like my mom and he is looking for a wife :) He told me he likes my mom in a very gentlemanly sweet way. He thought she was a widow with my dad's recent death. I informed him they have been divorced for 20 years. I told my mom indirectly hoping to take her mind off past events. My mom is playing hard to get LOL I would be very happy if those two hooked up...my mom has been alone all these years.

U]Reverse line, 3.4->17, Legge says: Shows (its subject as a lady), the horses of whose chariot appear in retreat. She seeks, however, (the help of) him who seeks her to be his wife. Advance will be fortunate; all will turn out advantageously.
You are the lady that needs help, and the lawyer wants to help you (don't know about the wife part ).
Accept his help and move together.[/U]

Hi everyone who has helped me with this difficult time. I just want to update you all. The readings and your advise and support helped me so much. I was losing my mind. I could not communicate with anyone in a logical manner.

Finally I had a heart to heart talk with my sister I explained to her what we need to do legally and why we need a lawyer (she wanted to do everything on her own without lawyers). She became suspicious when she found out about the lawyer. This was the misunderstandings we had. She wasn't getting it. The lawyers were advising me what we need to do and she wasn't listening to me. She was being ignorant. Things are going to turn out good on their own but slowly like the I Ching revealed and Anemos said. The lawyers have started the paper work and she cleared up a few things that caused the misunderstandings between us and all is well. Thanks everyone!

I think you should be having equal right on all your fathers' belongings. Please verify history of your family lawyer, there is a possibility that he would be partial to your sister. In my opinion, you should try to talk with your sister and sort out the dispute.
