To enroll ingroup mentorship course, got Hexagram 33.3>12

I am contemplating in enrolling a group mentorship course that will help me find a business/independent career that I can launch. I asked the Iching what could happen if I pursue my plan to enroll and I got Hexagram 33 (Retreat) changing to hexagram 12 (Blocked). So does this mean I have to halt?

Retreat is supposed to be protective - the pig in the character doesn't want to be eaten. (See here: https://www.yijing.nl/hex-stories/33-story.html)

In this case, retreat is blocked (hexagram 12) because you're tied to something. Something is pulling on you, making demands, you can't get completely away. Could be physically or mentally. So you need helpers of some kind to make that easier or possible at all.

I can see how a commitment to a group might be a tie. The line also suggests there might be ways to cope, if you can find them.

Here is a tiny little example of mine from WikiWing where I didn't actually make use of a helper, but at least I figured out what the helper could have been of I'd thought of it in time.

Returning someone's voicemail message, I in turn got her voicemail. After leaving my name and number, I realized that now to some degree I feel tied to the phone. Would have been better - servant/handmaiden - to say in the message that I'd try back for her instead of saying she could call me.
